It's gonna be okay.
You think you are over it, your mind is normal again, finally. But then you look at your thighs, you notice the gap's gotten bigger, and your heart makes this leap. You've lost weight without trying, but you did. You feel skinnier, prettier, even though you haven't tried to. And your mind starts obsessing again. "I can still do this, I can still get skinnier, if I pull through now I will finally have my dream weight". Next thing you know you're looking at your whole body for the next three days, feeling your collarbones, your hipbones, your ribs. I guess we're never really 'cured' now, are we?
